Kevin Varner opened the Hunter-Gatherer Brewery in 1995, and has brewed every batch of beer at HG for the last 24 years. Kevin’s love for English and American-style ales came from his time spent learning the craft of brewing in Seattle, Washington at Hales Brewery, one of the oldest microbreweries in the country.
