Thomas Creek Brewery, family owned since 1998, had its beginning as Henni’s Brewpub in downtown Greenville in 1994. Bill Davis (Taste Master) and son Tom Davis (Brew Master) set out brewing delicious handcrafted beers focusing on a foundation of pristine Blue Ridge Mountain water.
