Happy New Year!
Beverage South has been busy this holiday season giving back to local communities. Thanks to our generous employees, we were able to donate 114 lbs. of food to the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, 137 lbs. to the Atlanta Community Food Bank, 45 lbs. to Feeding the Valley Columbus, and 45 lbs. to Feeding the Valley Albany. We are so grateful to be able to donate back to our community members!
In total, Beverage South donated 341 lbs. of canned food to our local food banks over the Thanksgiving holiday period.
At Christmas, Toys for Tots Coordinators, with the assistance of local social welfare agencies, church groups, and other local community agencies, distribute the toys to the less fortunate children of the community. While Toys for Tots Coordinators organize, coordinate and manage the campaign, the ultimate success depends on the support of the local community and the generosity of the people who donate toys.
Our Community Outreach Manager, Kayla Kuzniar, also organized a toy drive throughout our warehouses to donate over 8 bins full of toys to our local Toys for Tots campaign for the Christmas season. With the help of all Beverage South employees, we were so thankful to be able to contribute to the joy and cheer of the holiday season by giving back through our donations to Toys for Tots.
Beverage South is thrilled to be able to continue to expand our community outreach programming and look forward to an exciting 2024!
